Forever Moore Cleaning Policy and Guarantees
1. Forever Moore is a quality professional cleaning service that is fully insured and bonded.
2. We are responsible for all payroll taxes.
3. Our team is always well groomed and wears uniform to identify them.
4. We provide cleaning materials that are Eco-friendly products to clean your office/home.
5. We respect your office/home and ensure that our team does not eat or smoke inside, watch TV or play radio. Our cleaning team is there to clean your office or home.
6. We instill with our team the importance of protecting our client’s privacy and personal matter.
7. For hygienic reason - our team wear proper footwear. They don't use outdoor footwear when cleaning your house to maintain the cleanliness of your home. We also, use color coded cleaning cloth for every room (kitchen, furniture, floors, and toilet/s) and wash our cleaning equipment regularly for hygienic reasons.
8. For newly built homes, commercial establishment and offices – we normally work with group of people always being accompanied with professionally trained cleaning technicians to ensure and maintain the standard or our workmanship.
9. For our regular home cleaning – we normally work in teams of 2 or solo for the contracted cleaning job.
There is a minimum cleaning fee per cleaning service for condominium or house cleaning.
10. Extra work – the time and quality work of our team follows our standard cleaning checklist and specific instruction customized to client’s needs. Please let us know in 48 hours if you have any additional needs.
11. Please be accurate in describing the level of work and size of your home/office. There are different levels of dirt that would depend on the number of hours to complete the job. During our first visit to your home/office, please indicate the areas and kind of cleaning service you require. We will estimate the amount of work and hours needed to complete the job and charge you accordingly. You will then receive our routine plan and service agreement fee.
(a.) Should you need an additional service later, please inform Forever Moore Cleaning Company (5) days in advance so that we could adjust the time and rate to apply to new scope of work. Please be aware that last minute changes will not be accommodated.
12. We do our best to do our job as effective and efficient as possible. However, if the cleaner finds that it requires more time to complete the cleaning job due to deep cleaning or the higher level or dirt; home-owner has discretion to extend the time or accept the job for the contracted hours.
13. Home Access – please be sure your home is accessible to our cleaning team and disarm your security alarm if you won’t be home for the scheduled visit.
14. Client keys that we hold are kept in secured place and are not attached with name, address or identifying information for security purposes.
15. Should our cleaning team arrive at your home and was not able access entry of your home for any reasons; it may be necessary to assess a lock out fee of $100. for the service that would have been performed and transportation expenses to get to your house. Lock out fee on holiday is $125.
16. We ask that you secure your pet to avoid being exposed by the equipment and cleaning materials while our team is there to clean your home. If you have an exotic pet that would be dangerous; please make our staff be aware of where it is located. So we could avoid and prevent accident. Due to the individual care of plant requires, we are not able to maintain them.
17. For safety reasons of our cleaning team; they are prohibited from using ladders and moving an item more than 35 pounds in weight.
18. Remove any object that will delay our cleaning service to maximize our efficiency and time we spend at your office/home. If you have some items to be moved by our team; please inform our office so that we could adjust the time, number of people to do the job and bill you appropriately with this kind of service.
19. If you’re children will be home while our cleaning team are present with the cleaning equipment; please make sure that all children are being supervised to avoid accident that may occur.
20. In order to avoid painful accidents; it would be helpful to set aside or put in the safe place your valuable, irreplaceable or collector’s item. We limit our liability for breakage of a maximum $100. Please, advice us in accepting our limited liability.
21. Change of Schedule or Cancellation – if you are planning to cancel or re-schedule your cleaning appointment; please inform us two (2) days in advance so that we can utilize the time of our cleaning team. Client who cancels with less than two days notice will be charged 50% or 100% charge on the same day cancellation for the service that would have been performed. For permanent cancellation of cleaning service, please notify Forever Moore Cleaning two weeks in advance.
22. Temporary Suspension of Services – if you think you will be away for an extended period of time and would like to hold the service, we request that you schedule the cleaning service just before you leave, but, not after you leave.
23. Payment – is due on the same day of services. There will be $2% finance charge per month for overdue accounts. Please bear in mind that we won’t be able to perform the next cleaning service if outstanding balance has not been settled. There is a $30 Processing fee for returned checks.
For your convenience; we also, accept payment thru e-mail transfer/interac or checks. Office cleaning services have different payment plan from home cleaning.
24. Dishes and Floor – washing the dishes is not part of the cleaning service. Please leave the sink empty so we can utilize it for cleaning the kitchen. Also, make sure the floor is clear, as picking up items from the floor and putting them away takes time and delays our cleaning productivity.
25. We would be happy to assist you with getting your permanent cleaner or live-in-caregiver. However, in the event that you hire any of our employees while they are still being employed by the company or within one (1) year following the employee’s last day as an employee of Forever Moore Cleaning Company; a fee of $2,500 will be charged to any client for hiring our staff directly. If you are interested in this kind of service please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you with this kind of service.
26. Forever Moore Cleaning Company is not responsible for damage that may occur due to faulty or improper installation of items. Our team will inform our office if there’s an accidental damage that has happened while we are doing the cleaning service. Client must also, inform our office within two (2) days if they find any damage in the office/house as a result of our cleaning service, or the client will be denied compensation.
27. For Carpet Cleaning - please be aware that some stains can be removed by scrubbing, blot drying, stain remover agent, and carpet cleaner machine. Unfortunately, other dirt are permanent stains and we do not have a magic wand to make the carpet look like new. However, we guarantee that your carpet will be cleaned and sanitized after we finish working with it.
28. Kitchen appliances: We wipe clean all kitchen appliances exterior during regular cleaning: (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave). Cleaning the inside of microwave, oven and refrigerator are not part of the regular cleaning. Please refer to 11. (a) regarding extra work request.
29. We reserve the option to increase our fees accordingly with the market situation.
30. We Guarantee – our regular scheduled cleaning services; if our job was not done to your satisfaction, please let us know within (24) hours and we would be happy to correct it the next visit.
31. Housekeeping - making beds, washing dishes, laundry, inside microwave & oven and inside fridge cleaning are not part of regular house cleaning. We would gladly provide this extra service at an additional fee.
Please don't confuse the two: Regular cleaning & Deep cleaning and let us know which kind of cleaning service you'd like to have so we could adjust the time to do the work.
One time jobs done on an hourly work basis does not qualify for this guarantee.
